と云う訳で、、、、、。

Some families in Japan don’t cook tempura at home because they dislike how the oil can make the house dirty.

But tempura brings out the best flavors in vegetables and fish, so in my family we make a generous amount.

We always cook extra so we can share it with my daughter’s family who lives nearby.
